Fundraising Campaign
The Bloomfield School District administration is launching a multiyear fundraising campaign with a goal of $5M to build a new auditorium. Donations may be given to the Greene County Foundation to the Bloomfield School Auditorium Community Project Fund*.

A Step Above
Our current on-site performance spaces are limited to the Glover Gym or the High School Cafeteria. This proposed new facility would raise the standard of excellence for our students and their audiences with improved rehearsal spaces, seating, storage, and modern lighting and sound.

Engaging Every Student
A fully accessible auditorium would ensure that all students are able to attend, create, and perform with accessible seating and backstage areas. Having the facility on-site opens opportunities for more students to become involved.

On-Campus Presentation Space
Being connected to the existing building would allow this space to be utilized for many purposes beyond fine arts. Athletics, clubs, classes, administration, and the community would have a beautiful, comfortable, and safe space for concerts, ceremonies, presentations, and more.

Let’s Make It Happen!

  • Set up a monthly or one-time contribution via PayPal.
  • Write a check payable to the Greene County Foundation and designate BSD Auditorium Fund in the memo.
  • Check with your employer about gift matching.
  • Share the campaign with your friends, family, and co-workers. Let them know what this project means to you and how they can help make it a reality.

*If construction is canceled for various reasons, the funds would become unrestricted support for the Bloomfield music department to be used for renovation of the music area, purchase of instruments or uniforms, or other purposes determined by the school board.
